Shared management
Saint Elia’s Basilica is managed on behalf of the Municipality of Castel Sant’Elia by Clivis APS. The Municipality, the association and the volunteers work together to protect this extraordinary place and make it accessible to the public.
Four volunteers cover opening and ticket-office shifts, welcoming visitors and pilgrims and helping everyone discover the Basilica’s history, art and spirituality.
